NOTICE OF CHANGES TO THE ZIMBABWE STOCK EXCHANGE (“ZSE”) OFFICIAL LIST
ABC HOLDINGS LIMITED
Members of the public are hereby advised that ABC Holdings Limited (the “Issuer” or “ABCH”) has been removed from the ZSE Official List with effect from 12 February 2015.
Following an offer to minority shareholders of ABC Holdings Limited by Atlas Mara which resulted in Atlas Mara owning 98.70% of the Issuer’s issued share capital, ABCH applied for voluntary delisting pursuant to Section 1.10 of the ZSE Listings Requirements. Subsequently, the ZSE reached a decision to terminate the listing of ABC Holdings Limited.
Pursuant to Section 23 of the Securities Amendment Act 2013, the ZSE sought and obtained the permission of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabweto remove ABC Holdings Limited from the ZSE Official List.
In terms of Section 1.18 (d) of the ZSE Listings Requirements, holders of ABC Holdings Limited securities are hereby advised that in view of the termination, the paper is no longer tradeableon the ZSE with effect from 12 February 2015.
TA HOLDINGS LIMITED
Members of the public are hereby advised that TA Holdings Limited (the “Issuer” or “TA”) has been removed from the ZSE Official List with effect from 12 February 2015.
Subsequent to Masawara Holdings Mauritius Limited’s offer to TA Holdings Limited’s minority shareholders and the substitute offer pursued thereafter which resulted in Masawara holding 75.73% of the Issuers’ issued share capital, TA applied for voluntary delisting pursuant to Section 1.10 of the ZSE Listings Requirements.
Pursuant to Section 23 of the Securities Amendment Act 2013, the ZSE sought and obtained the permission of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabweto remove TA Holdings Limited from the Official List.
In terms of Section 1.18 (d) of the ZSE Listings Requirements, holders of TA Holdings Limited securities are hereby advised that in view of the termination, the paper is no longer tradeableon the ZSE with effect from 12 February 2015.
